Milan – Informative seminar on the upcoming EUDR during the fair

The topic of EUDR was already on everyone’s mind before the fair and the conference room was fully booked accordingly.
After detailed presentations about industry-related specifics of the EUDR and their impact on the global leather industry, a panel discussion addressing the current state of implementation in various countries and internationally followed.

Back in Hong Kong – ICHSLTA drinks reception to kick off the fair

After four long years of the pandemic the APLF Leather Exhibition returns to Hong Kong.
On the evening before the fair, the International Council of Hides, Skins and Leather Traders Associations held a drinks reception.
As sitting president of the association our general manager Toni Baltes gave the opening speech.

The 61st edition of the International Leather Maker (ILM) magazine featured innovations in science and technology as well as exclusive interviews in celebration of its 10 year anniversary.

Booth hall 11 / U10

As in previous years, we attended this Lineapelle fair in Milan with our own booth.

In an international comparison, we noticed a tenser situation in Europe, but could gather some positive impressions during the fair.

The Annual General Meeting of the International Council for Hides, Skins and Leather Traders Associations (ICHSLTA) was held during the All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE) in Shanghai this year.

Our general manager Toni Baltes was again unanimously elected president for another term.
