Outreach is in our hearts. Therefore A+B Hides GmbH & Co. KG patronises local associations for people in our surroundings with sponsoring and donations as well as global projects.
25 years engagement for kinderherzen
For 25 years A+B Hides has supported the Fördergemeinschaft Deutsche Kinderherzen e.V. The foundation aims to improve the treatment possibilities for children, adolescents and adults who suffer from a heart condition. For our longstanding engagement, we were honored with a certificate.
BSG Stahl Eisenhüttenstadt e.V.
With our donation to BSG Stahl Eisenhüttenstadt, they were able to hold a handball youth tournament. We’re especially proud of the surprising victory of our home team, trained by plant manager Maik Deneke.
Acadamy for Asian martial arts and culture on Lower Rhine (registered association)
With lots of pleasure we support Achim Wegener, coach and owner of the Chang Lom Gym in Geldern. We are very proud that we also have the chance to support his team member and actual west German champion Annabell Seeger.
In order to improve health and fitness of our employees and us we also take part in the training of martial arts.
„Club der Schlitzohren“ registered association
„We are sly dogs“.
This we can proudly say as a supporting member of this association. The international “club of sly dogs” supports children in Germany and throughout the whole world. We support small and big projects that allows children access to education, medical care and cultural as well as social development. The association supported more than 1.300 projects in more than 70 countries within the last years.
Sportfreunde 1930 Uevekoven e.V.
As soccer fans we of course also support our local soccer club from Wegberg. To ensure that the training still brings a lot of pleasure to the youth we fitted them out with new tracksuits.
SV Arminia Kapellen Hamb e. V.
Energetically we also support the local soccer club in Kapellen. Our hearts are with the members during every match and therefore we fit out the juniors and seniors with new sports kits regularly.
Leather and tanner museum
As hide marketers we support the leather and tanner musuem in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The museum helps to keep the cultural property and the memory to our craft buoying.

As employer we are very pleased to support our plant manager Maik Deneke in his sport. He is coach of the handball youth BSG Stahl Eisenhüttenstadt and appreciates our support quite a lot since without it it would be almost impossible to purchase suitable training equipment for the club.
